Cancellation Policy
All appointments are confirmed by either a credit card or gift voucher number. We understand that sometimes it is necessary to change your schedule; we request 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. Less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% fee charge or value of the gift voucher. Less that 24 hours notice or failure to show may incur a 100% fee charge or value of the gift voucher.

When should I arrive?
Arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment means you will experience the full pleasure of your treatment. The full cost of the treatment booked will still be charged if you arrive late.

What should I Wear?
Please wear comfortable clothing to the Salon. Please leave jewellery at home. The Salon provides disposable briefs where necessary and draping techniques are used to protect your privacy at all times.

Gift Certificates
Special occasions will be taken care of at Alagrea Beauty & Massage. We can tailor make packages to suit your requirements to say so many things like "Thank you", "Happy Birthday" or "I love you". A precious gift of time for them to relax, indulge and unwind.
